2. Data and collection
We collect the name, email address, telephone number, company, message and product information you submit through contact, quotation and callback forms. Required fields depend on the request. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people. Hosting and bot protection services may process network and device information. The application uses a short-lived IP address digest for request limiting; it is not stored with the inquiry.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to answer requests, assess technical needs, prepare quotations and manage business relationships. Depending on the request, processing relies on contract-related necessity under KVKK Article 5(2)(c), legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), legal obligations under Article 5(2)(ç), or the establishment, exercise or protection of rights under Article 5(2)(e). Submitting a form does not grant marketing permission.
4. Recipients and international processing
Information may be shared with authorized company personnel and service providers to the extent needed to handle the request, and with competent authorities where legally required. The website uses Cloudflare and, depending on configuration, Resend or an SMTP mail provider. Their processing locations may involve international transfers. Applicable conditions and safeguards under KVKK Article 9 must be established for international transfers. This notice does not itself constitute consent or a transfer safeguard.
5. Retention
Information is kept for the time needed to handle the request and the related business relationship. The initial retention setting for old archived website inquiries is 365 days; the company manages retention and deletion in light of its actual processes and obligations. Contract, dispute and statutory records may require separate retention.
6. Your rights and requests
Under KVKK Article 11, you may request information about processing, its purposes and recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction where conditions are met; request notification to recipients; object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Submit a verifiable request in writing to our address or using the methods provided by applicable legislation. You may use info@ispotomasyon.com from an email address previously notified to and registered with the company. Requests are handled as soon as possible and within 30 days, subject to applicable statutory conditions.
